Oatmeal and flax seeds with whole wheat

There should be odes composed to breads and the art of bread making. Every time I make a loaf, I fall in love with the art of making bread all over again.

This loaf turned out nutty, not dense and slightly oversalted. But no mind, as they say often here. It tasted delicious nevertheless.

Ingredients:

1 cup whole wheat flour

1 cup all purpose flour

1/2 cup flax seeds (roasted and ground)

1 cup quick cooking oats (ground)

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp fresh yeast

1. Activate the yeast.

2. Add to the flours.

3. Add a little oil and set it to rise.

4. In this gorgeous heat, within an hour it was ready for the second kneading.

5. Shape and proof and leave to rise again.

6. Once it’s done, remove and wait till cool before slicing.
